Our Secretary (Robin) has issued a draft Terms of Reference document for comments from the supporters and committee.

It can be found here (first document on the page): Project documents. We hope to agree this quickly with the group and Elm Parochial Church Council (the PCC) so that we can start to do things instead of talking about them (!).
