This week has seen a lot of behind the scenes activity and a bit more besides. Highlights are:

1. The Committee met on Monday (17th) with the PCC and representation from the Diocese and agreed the way forward. Minutes are on the Project documents page,
2. We have documented the constitutional basis on which the ECH has been founded, this too is on the project documents page.
3. We have made contact with another church that executed a similar project and members of the committee are to visit their Chair and Treasurer next Wednesday.
4. We are making progress in getting a bank account sorted. The meeting on Monday approved the idea, but it is a bit like wading through treacle to get one setup. Our hope is that this can be a home for S106 community monies collected by Fenland District Council through the planning process.
