Update 1/2/2025: the overall goal of the committee is to lead a project to find a way to design, create and run a community hub within the body of the village church. Elm has had no such space for many years since the village hall was condemned for subsidence.

Update 6/2/2025: v1 of the Terms of Reference document is out for discussion with supporters. Once agreed this page will be updated to reflect it.
