For the time being documents relating to the project will be filed here in PDF form

Firstly, and most importantly, this is the constitution document that documents/reflects the process by which Elm Community Hub came about, and how it is to be overseen by the PCC.

Next (although currently still in draft form – some amendments are due after the 1st committee meeting held jointly with the PCC and the Diocese) are the Terms Of Reference. These describe the currently known project areas and how the ECH will manage things.
